Custom Made Garments T&C’s

Acknowledge the following information, by returning this email at time of order is required as confirmation for the below being read.

• Check all details on the contract and artwork are correct, including quantities, sizes, fabric, PMS colours, logo’s etc.
• Please find attached Pascall Promotions size spec’s to confirm this is your request as per our product codes and sizes are the same as in your contract.
• Sign contract and return via email.
• Arrange payment of 50% deposit and email banks remittance, once received we can then place your order with our factory. (Without the signed contract and deposit we are unable to proceed further)
• All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch of your custom apparel order.
• All custom apparel orders are COD.
• Any delay to amend artwork or change the sales contract, delaying signing the contract or deposit will delay your estimated due date, the contract date will then be void.
• Your estimated due date on the contract is a guide only.
• Once your print panel/physical sample is approved, your shipment date will be provided which is usually between 2-3 weeks after final approval.
• If you have requested any additional extras such as knitted collars & cuffs, individual numbers & names, Hi-Vis Ink(orange/yellow) or Embroidery; these will add an additional 1-2 weeks to your delivery time
• Please quote your sales contract number when enquiring about your order.
• Definitely no changes can be made to artwork or quantities etc, once the order has gone to our factories for production.
• Pascall Promotions is now encouraging customers for new orders (not repeats) to obtain a physical sample first before production is completed. It will take a little longer for the sample, as this will save further delays if your order arrives incorrectly or you wish for changes. If you do not agree to a physical sample, please notify us in writing that you do not wish to proceed with this option and by agreeing to approval of a print panel or digital images Pascall Promotions is exempt from replacing any errors that may occur during production.
